About our Agency:
I opened my agency in 1983 and currently lead a close-knit team of four. Before beginning my State Farm career, I worked in the paper industry. Outside of the office, family is a big part of my life - I'm the proud parent of three children and grandparent of eight.
Staying connected to our community is important to us. I'm an active member of both the local Chamber of Commerce and Rotary Club and enjoy building relationships with the people and businesses we serve.
Our agency offers paid time off, licensing reimbursement, and a strong commitment to work-life balance. We're also open to offering a health insurance stipend based on individual needs.

Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide available product information.
- Assist in developing relationships with new and existing customers across multiple product lines.
- Support daily office operations, including documentation, scheduling, and follow-up activities.
- Participate in marketing efforts to promote awareness within the community.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure a consistent customer experience.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve office objectives.
Qualifications:
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in customer service, business support, or insurance preferred.
- Must possess or be able to obtain necessary state insurance licenses.
Compensation: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
